Aaron Durogati

I started skiing at the age of 3 and raced in Alpine skiing until I turned 18, then transitioned into coaching as a ski instructor and trainer. With the income I made during winters, I was able to fund my paragliding competition season. Up until 2012, I worked long hours as a ski instructor and trainer with hardly any time for myself, squeezing in some ski touring with a headlamp after work. In 2013, I achieved my biggest goal of becoming a professional athlete, allowing me to spend full days in the mountains, combining skiing and flying—two of my favorite things to do.
