When our World Cup athletes step into the starting gate, they trust the Firebird WC 150 to bring them from gate to gate and beyond to the finish line with nothing short of their personal best every time. This 93mm lasted, responsive race boot comes with World Cup stock buckles, a lace-up liner, and a 45 mm-wide Power Strap to round off this powerful package. With a flex rating of 150, all the power from the rider is transferred directly to the ski, delivering an elite ride for the most demanding racers on the circuit.

Given the needs and level of every skiers, we project models with different flex, thanks to the combination of different plastics. Tecnica ski boots are divided into: HARD (flex man 140-120/woman 115-95), MEDIUM (flex man 110-90/woman 85-75) e SOFT (flex man 80-60/woman 65-55).
HARD: for expert and more robust skiers
MEDIUM: for intermediate and/or medium-sized
SOFT: for beginners or lighter skiers

The width of foot's sole changes from person to person, that's why our ski boots have different volumes to meet the needs of every skier. Tecnica ski boots are divided into: LV (low – from 93 to 98mm), MV (mid – from 99 to 100mm) and HV (high – 103mm).
LV: for skiers with narrow foot's sole or for those who prefer a more enveloping and precise fit
MV: for skiers with medium foot's sole or for those who prefer a regular fit
HV: for skiers with a wide foot's sole or for those who prefer a comfortable fit

Technologies

RACE DEPT. LINER

A thin, leather liner with laces offers enhanced sensitivity and a close wrap of the foot for a more direct transfer of power to the ski. Can be custom formed with heat to help the break-in process.

Features and benefits

PERFORMANCE POWER STRAP: Due to its elasticity, the Performance Power Strap offers the best performance strap on the market. It is made of an elastic strap and finely adjustable with the patented Tecnica Power Lock hook.
DOUBLE SPOILER: The double spoiler allows a modular forward lean adjustment. With the complete spoiler the boot will increase its forward lean by 3.5°; by removing the first layer 2°. Thanks to the velcro attachment you can adjust also the hight of the spoiler.
MATERIAL TRACIABILITY PROGRAM: QR will provide a precise description of all the materials used in the production of the specidic ski-boot, allowing a more precise and consistent regeneration of those materials. This will result in better quality and more possibility to reuse in new ski-boots production.
