The Firebird Race Line is for every hometown hero, ski racing slick, super fast lady shredder and beer league champion who races their friends to the bottom, only to dish out high fives and do it all over again. It’s an attitude. It’s trusting that your skis are the ultimate culmination of tedious engineering, testing and refining from the world’s best racers and designers. But just as importantly, it’s the high felt from laying down turns, collecting rubbernecks from the chair, and sending it full throttle through the finish and straight to après with a smile on your face. It’s about putting the rad back in radius.

We arrived in Hokkaido driven by the call of legendary Japanese snow: soft and abundant, almost silky, enveloping the slopes. The delicacy of those flakes, the purity of the air, and the quiet of the snow-covered woods immediately transported us to a more authentic dimension, away from the frantic rhythms of the world.
