Najít správnou botu není snadné pro ty, kteří mají trochu širší nohy, vyšší nárt nebo obojí. Standardem v oboru je 99 mm a stejně tomu bylo i u naší hlavní řady Cochise. Nyní však nabízíme širší 102mm kopyto, tzv. high volume (HV). Tato bota je průlomem pro ty, kteří ještě nenašli ideální střih. Kromě toho, že je tato bota širší v oblasti přední části chodidla, poskytuje vašim nohám více prostoru ve všech směrech a zároveň zachovává přiléhavý fit pro výkony na vysoké úrovni. Skořepina a vložka C.A.S. jsou navíc plně přizpůsobitelné vašim potřebám. Naši patentovanou technologii Cochise znovu předkládáme i v tomto velkoobjemovém modelu s naší nejtužší flexí 130. Je to čistá síla, s asymetricky navrženým trupem pro maximální držení na hraně a mechanismem T-Ride pro veškerý komfort, který potřebujete v režimu chůze i lyžování díky rozsahu pohybu 50°. Ale od konstrukce usnadňující vstup nohy a gumové podrážky Grip Walk až po legendární Powerstrap, to jsou detaily, které dělají tuto botu jedinečnou. S botami Cochise HV 130 zkrátka nebudete mít žádná omezení.

Given the needs and level of every skiers, we project models with different flex, thanks to the combination of different plastics. Tecnica ski boots are divided into: HARD (flex man 140-120/woman 115-95), MEDIUM (flex man 110-90/woman 85-75) e SOFT (flex man 80-60/woman 65-55).
HARD: for expert and more robust skiers
MEDIUM: for intermediate and/or medium-sized
SOFT: for beginners or lighter skiers

The width of foot's sole changes from person to person, that's why our ski boots have different volumes to meet the needs of every skier. Tecnica ski boots are divided into: LV (low – from 93 to 98mm), MV (mid – from 99 to 100mm) and HV (high – 103mm).
LV: for skiers with narrow foot's sole or for those who prefer a more enveloping and precise fit
MV: for skiers with medium foot's sole or for those who prefer a regular fit
HV: for skiers with a wide foot's sole or for those who prefer a comfortable fit

Technologies

C.A.S. SHELL

The C.A.S. Shell has an anatomical shape that matches the shape of the foot. This allows for a better out-of-the box initial fit. The dimples on the shell offer less surface tension and facilitate heating, making customizing the shell easier. The shell retains the new shape better and longer.

C.A.S. has revolutionized ski boots with regards to fit and personalization. The liners are anatomically shaped for optimal comfort and offer great heel hold. The internal part of the liner is shaped to match the foot while the exterior matches and conforms to the shape of the shell. The dual density micro-cell material is durable and easy to customize. The C.A.S. liners are less prone to pack-out maintaining the fit over a longer period of time.

LINER CUSTOMIZATION
THERMO-SHAPING
Liner in the oven: 80°C-176°F / 8 minutes.
PUNCHING (INCREASE VOLUME)
Microcell material can be heated and punched in problem fit areas.
GRINDING (INCREASE VOLUME)
Microcell material is easily grindable up to 2 mm in problem fit areas.
FIT KIT (DECREASE VOLUME)
Glue the C.A.S. Fit Kit pre-shaped pieces to decrease the volume of the liner.

T-RIDE

HIGH PERFORMANCE WALKING SYSTEM
The T-Ride system is fully integrated into the boot design. It’s a solid cuff-to-shell connection which delivers the perfect combination between downhill performance and uphill hiking ability.

Features and benefits

QUICK INSTEP: Utilizes softer plastic over the instep area that allows the shell to open easier as you are entering or exiting the boot.
FREE MOVE: The new hinge point allows frictionless hiking, so you can hike more with less energy.
DYN CERTIFIED INSERTS: The inserts of the Zero G make entry into all low-tech bindings easier. The inserts are positioned as far back as possible to improve walkability, and Quick-Step-in technology makes it easier to enter pin bindings.
ECO DESIGN: The ability to obtain regenerated material with homogeneous and known mechanical characteristics will allow a wider use of them in the production on new ski-boots.
MATERIAL TRACIABILITY PROGRAM: QR will provide a precise description of all the materials used in the production of the specidic ski-boot, allowing a more precise and consistent regeneration of those materials. This will result in better quality and more possibility to reuse in new ski-boots production.
