    Fun fact
I have been gluten free since I was 8.
    Favorite ski movie
Any of Sammy C's content I end up watching multiple times, but a hometown classic is Hot Dog.
    Favorite ski/boot
Rustler 11: I feel like this ski does everything. Size up and you have a super stable big line weapon. Size down and it’s a fun playful charger. If I had to choose one ski to ski all season it would be the Rustler 11. Firebird 130: All my racing friends think I am a little crazy to stay in a race boot after racing, but nothing matches the power transfer and dampening of a race boot. These are so stable and predictable, that’s why I ski them basically everyday. Zero G 130: I have had issues with lightweight touring boots in the past because I ski race boots and I like to ski them very hard. When deciding what touring boot I wanted for the season I was very hesitant of the Zero G because of the light weight, but I was talked into it. Thank god I was because this boot is insane. With the new remodel, this boot is able to do everything. I have skied inbounds, gone on large backcountry missions, and had backcountry jump days in them. I wouldn’t ski any other touring boots on the market now.
A propos de moi

I grew up ski racing out of Palisades Tahoe which taught me to never train on a powder day. I raced all through High School at Sugar Bowl attending US Alpine Nationals in 2019. From there, I decided to hang up my race skis. In my freshman year of college at CU Boulder, COVID hit bringing me back to Tahoe for an all-time storm. This reignited my love for skiing. I took the next year and lived in Jackson Hole working for a ski shop and skiing as much as possible. Although it was difficult to leave Jakcson, I decided to finish my degree at CU Boulder, studying Mechanical Engineering and Business. For the past three years I have been able to film with friends and compete on the FWQ circuit while skipping classes. I graduated in May 2024, and I am planning on moving up to Squamish to get into larger mountains. I am really excited to spend more time in the mountains with friends and family, laughing, getting scared, and all around having a good time.

I draw a lot of my motivation and inspiration from spending time with friends and seeing how they look at different lines and faces. A lot of this comes from skiing, but also from other sports like snowboarding, surfing, and biking. My goal is to create films that motivate others to go out into the mountains and chase a wild idea, get lost with their friends, and have a great story to tell on the back end.
